If your item is FAULTY...

If it's faulty within the first 30 days, then you're entitled to a refund or replacement.

If it's faulty after the first 30 days but within the warranty period, (2 years for digital cameras, 1 year for most other products) then it should be covered by the warranty (unless it's been damaged).

If you buy a product from UK Digital Cameras, then you may return it within 14 days from the day you receive it, as long as the goods are in an as new condition and with all of the original packaging. We will replace, exchange or issue a full refund for it not including the delivery costs.

We require that goods are returned within 7 days of us providing you with return instructions. By law, we must refund you within 30 days of you notifying us that you wish to return your goods, however, we normally process returns the same day that we receive them.
